About pharmaceutical processing technology

NanoFrance is currently capable of extracting medicinal herbs using both water and alcohol. Each technology for extracting and processing medicinal herbs has different characteristics.

Extracting medicinal herbs with water : Saving costs is the biggest advantage of using water as a solvent to extract medicinal herbs. However, during the extraction process, water dissolves many impurities, making the extract difficult to preserve. 

Extracting medicinal herbs with alcohol: Alcohol has the ability to dissolve many active ingredients in medicinal herbs, the ability to dissolve impurities is low, so the medicinal extract is easier to preserve.

Liquid extract: A slightly viscous liquid, a medicinal substance with a characteristic taste of the corresponding natural medicinal herb and is used to extract and concentrate into an extract. In the liquid extract, additives such as alcohol and water play an important role as solvents. 

Dry form: Homogeneous, easy-to-flow, porous blocks or dry powder, moisture content <5%, convenient to prepare.
