1. Modern extraction technology and synchronous equipment system

All technology at the factory is designed and consulted by experienced staff from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology and Center for Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Organic Biochemistry.

d) Modern, synchronous equipment system at Nanocare

– The extraction system follows a closed process from input materials to output products.

– The extraction system is built semi-automatically: programmed to automatically reduce/break foam for difficult medicinal herbs (lots of foam, lots of saponin). Ensures optimal retention of medicinal ingredients in the raw materials, without bubbles, overflow, loss, and helps shorten extraction time, improving efficiency and shortening extraction time.

– The extraction system is integrated with on/off pulse form, applied to the extracted water in the extraction tank (water/alcohol is converted to separate/nano water). Existing at high temperature of 90 ^o C – 120 ^o C for ~100 hours, helps penetrate deep into the medicinal herbs, and extract/separate active ingredients with the highest efficiency, including medicinal ingredients deep in branches, tubers, stems, roots... helps to obtain a high amount of medicinal herbs with higher medicinal properties, more than other extraction systems on the Vietnamese market.

– In addition, Nanocare also applies fermentation, selective extraction and nano-chemical pharmaceutical processes to increase absorption and bioavailability of extracted pharmaceuticals, which can increase solubility and absorption into the body by up to 40 times.

– Special medicinal herbs: There are studies on varieties, growing areas, care conditions, and harvesting to obtain good active ingredients.
