I. NanoFrance has received a license to manufacture medical devices.

On April 1, 2020, NanoFrance's dietary supplement factory received ISO 13485:2016 certification - Standard on management systems applied in the field of manufacturing and trading of medical equipment and supplies. Right from the time of construction, NanoFrance's factory has met GMP standards, fully meeting the requirements of: Machinery lines, lighting systems, temperature, humidity, sterile production environment, human resources...

Receiving ISO 13485:2016 certification enables NanoFrance to conduct business and produce:

  • Topical solutions, creams, gels
  • Foot bath solution and powder
  • Povidone solution
  • Saline solution, physiological saline, medical alcohol, cotton swabs, medical masks, antiseptic masks

Before achieving ISO 13485:2016, NanoFrance invested in several production lines for the production of separate medical equipment and supplies.

II. Product lines in the NanoFrance Medical Devices category have been successfully produced

Some of the product lines in the NanoFrance medical equipment category that have been successfully produced include:

1. Topical creams and gels

The company has successfully produced a number of soft ointments that can treat a number of skin diseases such as: itching, hemorrhoids, acne, etc. with dosage forms such as: paste, wax, cream, gel and packaged in tubes.

2. Production of liquid medical equipment (solution)

Products in the category of medical equipment prepared in liquid form (solution) of NanoFrance are packaged in 2 main forms: Bottle (vial) and spray. Some of the product lines that the company has successfully produced include:

3. Dosage form: granules - powder

With granules and powder formulations, NanoFrance can produce a line of gynecological hygiene tablets, foot bath powders, etc. Granules and powders are packaged in 2 main forms:

→ Jars: there are 3 types of jars: plastic jars, glass jars and tin jars

→ Package (bag): there are 2 types of packages: paper bag - aluminum bag and packed in many different weights such as 1g, 2g, 3g, 3.5g, 4g, 5g, 6g... 16g.

4. Bandages, gauze, masks

Many of NanoFrance's manufacturing partners do not know that: We are fully capable of producing antibacterial masks, medical masks, and cotton swabs.
